FAQ
The AI interpretation does not appear.
Please check your internet connection. If the app cannot reach the AI server, or you have used up the day’s AI limit, a basic interpretation built from the card meanings is shown instead.
My saved readings disappeared.
Readings are stored only on your phone. Deleting the app deletes them too, and they cannot be recovered from a server.
I do not get notifications.
Check that notifications are allowed for TarotGo in your phone’s settings, and that the reminder is turned on in the app’s “Card of the Day” screen.
Can I trust the tarot results?
Tarot is a tool for reflection and fun. It does not replace medical, legal, or investment decisions.
How do I change the language?
Open the home screen and choose a language at the bottom. The app follows your phone’s language by default.
