1. What this app does

TarotGo is an app that draws tarot cards and shows interpretations. There is no sign-up or login, so we do not collect your name or contact details.

2. Information stored only on your device

The following is stored only on your phone and is not sent to the operator’s servers.

• Your saved readings and notes
• Your chosen deck, language, card of the day, and reminder settings
• Your AI usage count and whether you agreed to AI use

Deleting the app deletes this information too.

3. Information sent to a server (only when you use AI interpretation)

The following is sent only when you agree to AI use and tap “Get AI interpretation” or send a follow-up question.

• The question text you typed, and any follow-up questions
• The category, the spread, the cards drawn, and whether each is upright or reversed, along with your selected language

What is sent is used only to produce the interpretation. The operator’s server (Cloudflare Workers) does not store your question. The interpretation is produced through the API of an outside AI service, Anthropic, and processing there follows Anthropic’s policies. The content may be processed on servers outside your country.

To prevent abuse, the server briefly uses the IP address of the requesting device to count requests. This value is not used to identify you.

4. Information we do not collect

We do not collect your location, contact list, photos, payment card details, or advertising identifier. There are no ads, and we do not track your activity in other apps or websites.

5. Update check

On iPhone, the app checks the App Store for a newer version of itself. This request contains only the app’s identifier and your country. It contains no information about you or your readings.

6. Notifications

The “Card of the Day” reminder is scheduled on your phone only if you turn it on. You can turn it off at any time in the app or in your phone’s settings.

7. Children

This app is not directed to children under 14.

8. Your rights

You can remove information stored on your device by deleting it in the app or deleting the app. For questions about content sent to a server, please contact us at the email above.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, we will say so along with the effective date on this page. If features such as payments or analytics tools are added, we will update this policy first.

This policy is written to match what the app actually does. It is not a legally reviewed document.
